Expensive real estate

Wells-Next-The-Sea has some of the most sought after and desirable beach huts in England. Recently one such hut was put up for sale at a whopping £70,000. Based on a standard shed size of 8 x 10 feet, (which the majority of huts appear to be) this equates to a staggering £875 per square foot. When the view is as beautiful as this though, you start to appreciate why... Better get saving.
